Check below how to request an evaluation of alleged manufacturing flaws:

- PRODUCTS WITH ALLEGED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:

Products sold through our Online Store have up to 7 days of warranty in case of manufacturing defects.  If the item purchased in our store is defective, from the date of receipt - but within the warranty period, you can contact us through our Customer Service Center: via WhatsApp

GOODS RETURN:

The merchandise must be returned via post, having previously contacted our Customer Service Center:

The product must be returned with the original packaging.

The customer must send the NF-E (electronic invoice).

In order to speed up the process, the customer must send a brief report about the supposed defect, send videos and photos of the products, how the product was used, frequency, etc.

The product must not have been washed with bleach, chlorine or any item prohibited in the product's washing instructions.

*ATTENTION: Products sent outside the above requirements will not be accepted by our analysis and will be immediately returned to the sender.

PRODUCT DEFECT ANALYSIS

The maximum evaluation period will be up to 30 (thirty) days.

FAVORABLE ANALYSIS FOR EXCHANGE:

At no additional cost, the customer will receive a replacement product at the address of origin.
If it is not possible to forward the same model, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another product, respecting the credit limit. If there is a difference between the chosen product and the product claimed, payment of the difference must be arranged.  The payment method will be informed.
